Park and Recreation Department

Consists of 3 Village Council Members
2 Village Residents
1 DPW


Appointments:
Kathy Hare, Mike Gremel, Tom Lenhard, (council), Jeff Anker and Dale Hare (residents)


Purpose:
Keep track of what is happening in the park such as Ball Games, Tournaments, Picnics and reunions.
Notify DPW if any equipment is in need of repair.
Take all recommendations to council for approval with the acception of repairs of maintenance.



Insurance Company requires several permits from the village.
    1.  Camping permit
    2.  Special Events permit
    3.  Resolution for Fire Dpt. to hold beer tent along with ins. and license.
    4.  Waivers from all of the ball players.


The Campsites this year will cost $25.00 each site and requires 4 portajohns.  Water will be available from the main park.  Camping along the railroad track on Railroad St.


Need to establish a donation and memorial policy.
