Unionville Community Association
Let us introduce ourselves. We are the newly formed Unionville Community Association,
a group of people who wish to make a difference in the look of our village. Some of the
ideas to give it a new and improved, refreshing look are as follows:
- Improve the Streets, Curbs, and Sidewalks <--Updated!
- Waste Receptacles
- Decorative Street Lighting
- Flag Poles
- Brick Planters or Hanging Baskets
- Removal of Overhead Wiring
- Street Trees with Grates
- Move the Community Sign to the South
- Improve upon the Veterans Park: Walk path pavers with names etched of our
Veterans and the years they served for our country, paint the band shell and
bring music back to our village, a clock tower, and benches. - Red, White, and Blue colors standing for Unionville-Sebewaing Area and United
States of America used throughout our village in our decoration plans.
Our plans are to start with one block east and west and south and two blocks to the north, this will cover our village business area. This cannot happen overnight and it will take lots of planning and fundraising. This is where we need your help. Please sign up for volunteering with any of our officers, make donations and help us make this village wht we know it can be, a beautiful place to live.
